Street Style - Mickey Mouse

0
Hi guys! Here's another outfit details post! During my last trip to Seoul I came across accessories designer Yoolrin and I was immediately impressed by her outfit!

The Mickey Mouse motif is getting quite popular these days and I love the way she's styled this popular trend and added her own flair to it!
The tattoos and punky silver accessories are the cherry on top of this outfit with the Mickey Mouse bucket hat giving the outfit an understated sense of cool.

Picture this, I'm at the Questreet Flea Market with my friend Jina and we pass this gorgeous girl sitting on one of the tables surrounded by people all vying for her attention, all wanting the chance to talk to her. She has this aura around her, a good natured laugh, a beautiful smile and to top it off she has platinum locks.  "That's Kim Hye In" Jina whispered to me, she's a very well known fashion blogger.

Just by looking at her you can see that she's got a little something, it's magnetic, it draws you in and you can't help but look at her. I took one look at her outfit and I knew I had to take her picture.

Summer. It's hot, humid and sweaty business, layering does not, I repeat DOES NOT seem like a good idea (unless you're wearing lightweight material).

How then should one dress now that the cold grip of winter is just a distant memory?
My question was answered when I spotted this well dressed high school girl up in Seoul.

This is part 1 of a 4 part series of a more detailed look at some of the outfits I spotted in Seoul, I'll show you where they got their clothes from, and occasionally give you my version of these looks.

Walking around the main streets of Hongdae were these two awesome looking high schoolers in very well put together outfits.

I think it's rare to see younger teenagers putting together outfits with their own personal touches to it. I really do believe that the way you dress says a lot about you and your personality so it makes me happy to see teens who are dressed differently from people their age. It let's me know that they're developing their own personalities and thinking for themselves, I'm all for expressing one's individuality.

I was wondering around Hongdae with my friend Jina and we stumbled upon the Qustreet flea market. Here's some of the pictures I took on our way there and when we arrived.

Here's the link to Part 2 :)
Enjoy!
